If u are planning a trip to pondy. This is the best place to rental a scooty for ur Pondicherry trip, . Actually i found this PY rentals through google only i have saw the reviews and have decided to rent scooty from here. Actually this shop opens at early mrng 5 so its really helpful for the travellers who reach to pondy in the early mrng and they can start the trip from mrng only. Also i really mention the owner he is just a good gentleman and he had given an idea to visit which all places like that also he have dropped me to my room when i returned the scooty. I have took scooty for two days and i got it from the best price i can ever get from any rental shops in pondicherry and also the condition of the scooty was good. Has a totally reliable experience utilising their service. We enquired and found this to be a good rental team. So, we called ahead of arriving at PY to enquire about their availability. On the day of renting, we forgot to call ahead and when we reached the place, the shop was closed but he came to the store quickly to open it and gave us 2 two-wheelers. Price is extremely fair. I would recommend planning the exact KM you are going to travel and fill in enough petrol for the trip. We did not have any functional issues with the vehicles. You should consider bringing helmet alongside but they did give is helmets since we didn't have any. It's very close to the town centre and easily reachable from PY old and new Bus stands. If you are arriving from Railway station area, I would suggest going to Old Bus Stand in a share-auto then walking from there. Definitely recommend it. ~ Arjun R

An amazing experience This was my very 1st solo trip and while reaching pondicherry I tried getting a scooty and I came across many vendors and I finalised him. The reasons are His straight forwardness, The very well maintained vehicles, The positive attitude and behaviour of owner, The affordability. Its in the heart of the city to start your journey, the security deposite and procedure are very smooth and decent as compared to other vendors that I came across. It really helped my journey and yes this will always stay close to mine. He gave me a really well maintained scooty and helmet And haa all of the vehicles he got are actually new looking and we'll maintain them. I guarantee you guys, close your eyes and choose the vehicles. He is very open and understanding person and picks up calles whenever you reach him for any set of emergencies. ~ Amal

This is the original py two wheeler rental. I was referred here by my friends. His bike was well maintained , which is not very common across other rental services. . Although it's not on the main Street , it is easier to find , near the bus stand. Krishna is upright and understanding. Usually other bike rentals are not as accommodating , I found krishna to be very respectful. EDIT : please avoid other bike rentals named py. Most probably if you take auto you will reach some random guy who is not him , happened to my colleague. Please ask for name after calling. . Also please call first before arriving ~ Shubhendu D

One of the best experiences with Pondicherry locals we have had was meeting the owner of PY Two Wheeler Rent, Mr. Krishna. Simple to the core and down to earth person. We rented an Activa for 3 days while on our trip to Pondicherry. The bike was maintained with no issues and delivery and return was absolutely smooth. Rented a 2 wheeler for 2 days, their price is very reasonable and the condition of the vehicle was also good. PY has become my go-to service whenever I visit Pondy. The owner of this place is very kind and humble, provided the vehicle as promised. This rental service is around two kilometres from the Puducherry railway station and very close to the Puducherry bus stop. We chose to have them see a very positive response on the internet, and our experience confirmed this. We were a team of 4 who rented two scooters from there. Very positive response from the owner, all the procedures were very easy with reasonable rates. One helmet will be provided with each scooter. The condition of the scooter was not bad. I rented a scooter from PY Two wheeler rental and found the vehicle and more than that the support and help from Mr. Rajendran to be excellent. They are open from early morning (I got a scooter at 7 AM or so, please check with them for actual opening times) unlike most others who open from 9 AM or 10 AM. Located very near the bus stand and not very far from the railway station (about 2 Km). Overall, I recommend them if you want to rent a 2 wheeler in Pondicherry ~ Ajaya P

Krishna, the owner, is an amazing human being. He picked me up from near JIPMER and brought me to the shop to select the scooter I wanted and then helped install my mobile phone holder below the left side view mirror. His rates are reasonable and terms fair. The shop is walking distance from the bus stand making it very convenient to get a two-wheeler right from the time one arrives in Pondy. Best place if you are looking to rent a bike for a day or two in Pondicherry, this is very close to the Pondicherry Bus Stand that it would make your life easier while returning it. The owner is so humble, customer friendly, polite and is flexible with timings as well. Thank you so much for picking us from bus stand early morning when auto people demanded 120 RS just for 2 kms. I could not resist myself from trying 3 to 4 bikes as i was confused with the options available, all bikes are in good condition, he even provides helmets with the rented vehicles. , makes it easy for customers to instantly rent and return vehicles. Its worth for each penny you pay here as this is the lowest rent per day you can get a bike for in Pondicherry. Thank you Krishna anna for helping us in finding good restaurant and dropping us for dinner when we were late for bus. I found this place via Google after carefully reading all the reviews. Krishna is a nice gentleman who runs this business and he is also the owner. His motto is to give a great customer experience. This also means that the quality of vehicle is good and he was overall helpful during the process. Rented a brand new red vespa for 3 days! The owner was kind enough to pick me up from my accommodation as I couldn’t find any cabs. The owner is kind & vehicle was having yellow number plate and was in immaculate condition. Name of the owner is Krishna, I bought a scooty on rent, it was in mint condition and he came to drop it. Very kind and soft spoken man, completely honest about the give and take. Due to COVID curfew, we had agreed on returning the scooty early and there was no isssue in payment and any other thing. Best part, the shop is right next to the Bus Stand so just get off from the Bus and call him, your scooty will be there in 10-15 mins tops! ~ sarthak b
